Where are you located?

Steve Subaru Parts are located in Birkenhead, Wirral. See the contact us page for more information on how to find us.

How much is delivery?

All our parts are delivered via Parcel Force couriers on a next day basis to UK mainland. As a guide there is a minimum charge of £10. Examples of costs are; exhaust system – £20, bumper – £35, suspension – £20, large items i.e doors – £15. Small post office items 5/8. For delivery to Europe please contact us via the contact us page to enquire on shipping costs on all orders. For deliveries to the Highlands, Channel Islands and NI please contact us for a quote.

Do I get a warranty with my used part(s)?

All our parts come with a 28 day warranty with an equivalent part replacement or a money back guarantee. Our warranty covers parts only and NOT labour costs. Warranty is offered on parts fitted to standard road cards. The warranty will be void on parts fitted to race cars or modified road cars. Begins on the date an engine is received. The engine must be installed by an ASE certified technician.

Do you have a returns policy?

Parts supplied correctly & returned for refund are subject to a handling charge of 15% within 7 days of ordering; thereafter a handling charge of 30% will be applied up to a maximum of 21 days. Delivery costs and Credit Card charges (2%) are not refundable. No returns are accepted 21 days after ordering. Electrical items can only be returned for exchange NOT refund. If any item has been tampered with or damaged in any way it cannot be returned.

How can I pay for my part(s)?

We accept credit cards (a charge of 2% is applied to all orders over £200). We accept PayPal (plus 4%) only if confirmed address can be provided. Cheques can be accepted but parts will NOT be sent until payment has cleared. We also accept bank transfers. We would recommend all international customers pay by bank transfer. We can accept credit card payment from international customers only if they can scan and email us a copy of the card first.

Out warranties above include

Internal parts of the engine block, head(s), and transmission. In the event of a defective engine block, head, or transmission we will be responsible to either replace or fix the defective part only, at our discretion. We will NOT cover any labour cost incurred. The diagnosis of the issue must be in writing from an ASE certified technician to be noted as valid. The engine is NOT to be dismantled (head removed from block) or the warranty is void.

My part(s) turned up damaged. What happens now?

If you consider that any parts supplied are faulty, please contact us immediately. If damage appears to have been sustained in transit please sign for it as damaged, do NOT accept the package and contact us immediately for advice. If you accept a damaged package we will not be able to claim against our courier in the case of an item being damaged. It is important that you personally or a representative are available to check the condition and sign for any packages.

Can I track my order?

yes, when placing an order you can track your parcel with the Parcel Force or Post Office reference number on their websites.

Car Panel Door Wings

We highly recommend collecting any door panels and wings that you purchase through the website. We pack and protect our parts very well. However, car doors and wings are easily damaged during delivery. If they are damaged during delivery there is nothing we can do as Parcel Force do not insure this type of parcel. We will not be able to refund you if they arrived damaged.
